FAKTOR PENYEBAB PERILAKU MEMBOLOS PADA MATA PELAJARAN KIMIA DI SMA KRISTEN YABT TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1. Mengetahui faktor penyebab perilaku membolos peserta didik dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran kimia di SMA YABT Manokwari; 2. Mengidentifikasi berapa jumlah frekuensi perilaku membolos peserta didik berdasarkan faktor penyebabnya; 3. Mencari solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Kristen YABT. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab perilaku membolos peserta didik pada mata pelajaran kimia di SMA YABT Manokwari. Faktor penyebab perilaku membolos peserta didik yaitu faktor individu sebesar 24%, faktor keluarga sebesar 26%, faktor teman sebaya sebesar 24%, serta faktor lingkungan sekolah sebesar 26%. Jumlah frekuensi perilaku membolos peserta didik berdasarkan faktor penyebabnya sebesar berkorelasi lemah sebesar 0,328 dengan perilaku membolos kebanyakan tidak masuk sekolah lebih dari 2 kali dalam seminggu. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMA Kristen YABT yaitu perlu adanya kerjasama yang lebih baik lagi antara orang tua dan guru sehingga perilaku membolos dapat diatasi, sarana prasarana yang lebih dimanfaatkan seperti laboratorium yang digunakan untuk praktikum, dan mengaktifkan kegiatan ekstra kulikulerReferences
