Focus and Scope

Kasuari: Physics Education Journal (KPEJ) is a medium of communication used by researchers, lecturers, teachers, practitioners, and University student for submitting result of studies and prioritized result of research in the field of theoretical physics, applied physics, and physics learning include: development of instruments of evaluation physics, development of instructional media physics, the development of learning model of physics, and Quasi-Experiment.

Kasuari: Physics Education Journal (KPEJ) published comprehensive research articles and reviews by leading experts in the field. Selected articles, which has a high scientific achievement, provide important new knowledge, and high benefits to society of physics and physics education.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are checked by qualified peer review and the authors are subject to blind-peer review whose identities will remain anonymous. The peer review process will be done after the initial screening by the consulting editors of the editorial board. The reviewers, who will perform the blind-peer reviews, comprise renowned national and international academicians and practitioners specializing in various mathematics education fields.

  3. The decision is made by the reviewer: accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject

Submitted papers are evaluated by at least two anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation (blind-peer review). The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 to 60 days. Plagiarism detection of articles in this journal is carried out by using plagiarismcheckerx.com (Web Checker) and Mendeley as a Tool Reference Manager. The language used in this journal is English or Bahasa.

 

Publication Frequency

Kasuari: Physics Education Journal (KPEJ) is published two times a year: June and December. KPEJ publishes about at least 12 articles each year (consists of at least 6 articles each edition).

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
